b&b in Sardinia, Sassari
The bed & breakfast is located in Sardinia, inside the old city of Sassari, in front of Saint Catherine of Alexandria church, in the same square where the National Picture Gallery and the Youth Center is located, adjacent to the small square of Palazzo Ducale, home of the Mayor and City Council.
Everything appears as a single space, a pedestrian area on the edge of the limited traffic area where cultural events follow one another with great frequency. The area that is 10 minutes far from the railway station and 15 from the bus station, is served by public transport and the large parking of Monsignor Mazzotti square, about 50 meters away.
The rooms
The bnb is on the first floor of a medieval building. There are two guest rooms: one double and one single. Both overlook the square. They are equipped with their own key, bed, desk with chair, drawer unit, hanger, bookcase, light room and night light, wi-fi Internet connection, electric stove.
Guests are registered on arrival, who has not paid in the reservation phase pay for the days of stay established and at the time of departure is given to all the receipt. The common areas are the living room-kitchen where breakfast is served, and the bathroom ( toilet, shower, bidet, sink ) and are shared with the owner and other guests when present.

The breakfast
The rooms are prepared for each stay with sheets, pillowcases and towels set washed, which you will find arranged upon your arrival in the appropriate drawers and that are changed every four days.
For breakfast you can request foods according to taste and health preferences emphasizing sensitivity to allergens if necessary. It is also a comfortable environment for children who can play in the square below. Pets are allowed. It is not allowed to smoke at home and park motor vehicles in the square.
